Carnival Hunt is a horror-filled asymmetric multiplayer game where nightmares spring to life. Take on the role of the Carnival Monster or wind-up your friends playing as Bunnies desperate to escape.
Step into the horrifying asymmetric world of Carnival Hunt where one among you plays as the Carnival Monster while the others play as Bunnies. In the survival of the fittest, either the Bunnies will prevail in their escape or the Carnival Monster will succeed in their hunt.
Play in first-person POV where no one has the advantage of situational awareness. You never know who or what is lurking behind you.
Both the Bunnies and Carnival Monsters need to ‘wind-up’ in order to survive. Help your teammates recharge or risk losing everything. Each side has various tactics and advantages to assist you in the hunt.
With online 6 player co-op ( 1 Hunter and 5 Bunnies ), play Carnival Hunt with your friends or other players. Make use of the in-game positional voice chat, but be careful the Carnival Monster doesn’t hear you…
Bunnies will aim to exhaust their wind-up keys in each match with the hope of avoiding the Carnival Monster. Cooperate with your fellow teammates, evade danger, and wind each other up until the Carnival Monster’s charge runs out.
Players must wind each other up, but beware of the sound generated from the keys as it can draw the Carnival Monster’s attention. In the event that you are caught, you will lose a key and eventually run out of charge. Players can share their keys with you or you can loot a spare lying around the map.
Help one another achieve certain objectives which are not possible to do alone. Hear the Carnival Monster coming? Play possum in a procedurally generated group of dead Bunnies which can be found throughout the map.
The Carnival Monster must capture Bunnies and consume their wind-up keys to charge themselves. Each monster has its own unique set of skills to perform. The Magician, for instance, can go invisible. He can also teleport to different rooms using his magic box.
If the Carnival Monster believes a Bunny is playing dead, it can check the bunnies one-by-one. However, the monsters will lose precious time and charge in doing so.
